Job Description:
... 1. Working as a Supervisor on site, monitoring material status, working progress, hardware installation quality of the site, and giving a fully support to subcontractor team;
2. Solving hardware issue on site, and cooperate with remote integration engineer to clean all alarms;
3. Guide the subcontractor team to prepare PAT document and finish the PAT with customer team;
4. Report to technical team leader and project controller daily of the site progress;
Requirement:
1. 3 years experience in site supervision for MW and wireless;
2. Have basic knowledge of Huawei DBS3900, BTS3900 and RTN MW;
3. Can do the MW alignment independently;
4. Good communication with customer support team and Huawei Management team.
