All action you take, and every word you speak, is an expression of LOVE....even if it is not perceived that way. LOVE is all you ARE. LOVE is also whatever you have been TAUGHT. Anger, sadness, greed and guilt are contracted forms of energy, which originally came from love, now contorted by our emotions (learned responses). If you look closely, you'll find everything in this Universe comes from LOVE. This may be a radical idea to digest and implement in your personal belief system, yet I invite you to try on your new prescription of "love glasses" for several days...Focus on this 'seeing' for 48 hours; then use it for a week or two. |
You may find you can easily remain calm while you IGNORE words/voice tones/body language to get the message.
You may find you no longer experience 'involuntary, or automatic, upsets' of the past.
The slightest change in anyone's perspective can dramatically shift every thing in the current reality!

Imagine.... from this day forth..... every word you hear from another person is perceived first by your new LOVE glasses. Whenever someone speaks to you with anger, criticism, resentment or disgust, you only hear the innocent love that is trying to get through beneath their words. Everyone has a higher Self, which is always present (somewhere below the superficial /learned facade of social behavior) and is always trying to communicate through 'stuff' to get to you.
Once you have the awareness to truly listen from this higher essence you won't hear "negativity" anymore. You'll just hear the LOVE. You see, LOVE is always in there, somewhere. If you dive deep enough, through a person's words, to the root of their energy, you'll find that at the very core is an infinite Source of LOVE. Just as all the colors of the rainbow stem from multiple rays of sunlight, the multiple thoughts, feelings and experiences you have originate directly from LOVE.
"Life is a radical and amazing experience when all you see, hear and feel from people is the essence of love. Each moment is an invitation to experience the Divine in others around you and within your Self. People, who are only expressing a contracted state of personality, are simply learning They are seeking to find their loving center.... to be able to express from a relaxed, authentic and non-threatening way.
LOVE is already in their heart, yet at times it's being expressed through the "complaint filter" their mother, father, or other trusted person >>> subconsciously taught to them by example while they were learning to speak and then while they were 'growing up'.

It's that simple.
When you get past the filter you'll find LOVE. Look past people's falseness, their games, facades, personalities, and peer deeper, focusing on the Source where LOVE is springing forth. You'll always, ALL WAYS, find LOVE at the innermost core. The miracle is by finding it, you automatically ignite other's awareness to find it too! This chain reaction awakens the world so people can dismantle their walls, fears, illusions and resistance to life, yet discover the Source of LOVE is always, all ways, within each person on the planet.
