Job Description:
Inspection & Quality Control
Single point contact for monitoring, expediting, and inspection clearance until delivery of different jobs of various projects in respect to quality and delivery schedule. Witnessing of NDT, Destructive Tests and other Laboratory tests.
Inspection of Fabricated structures & components like Columns, Floor-Beams, etc along with welding supervision as per approved QAP / Standards and preparation inspection related documents.
Inspection of Various Materials like Idler Rollers, Pulleys, ERW/Seamless/GI Pipes & Fittings, Valves, Gear Boxes, Couplings, Castings, etc. at manufacturing stage as well as final.
Conduct activities pertaining to Awareness, Implementation, Quarterly Quality Audits and Documentation related to ISO 9001:2000.
Conduct Failure Analysis, Rectification, Cause and Effect Report, as per PDCA Cycle.
