MAHENDRA SINGH DHONI (captain): The Champions Trophy is the only piece of silverware missing from Dhoni's cabinet in limited-overs cricket. With South Africa, West Indies and Pakistan in Group B, the 'Jharkhand Jadoogar' knows that with just two spots up for grabs, India will have to be at their best if they want to make it to the semi-finals
SHIKHAR DHAWAN: After an impressive Test debut against Australia, Shikhar Dhawan has gone from being a discard to being a star, by making full use of the opportunity given to him. The left-hander's ODI record is nothing much to write home about, but if he can open and deliver another flawless performance, albeit in coloured clothing, he will be resurrecting another career.
