Have you ever experienced a moment in your life

when you just ran out of words and you go...

s i l e n t ???

Let me assist you in recalling...

.... the moment when you left your home for the first time and you look

back at your parents who are worried that their son/daughter are

leaving them yet happy that their child took the first step towards

independence.

..... the moment when the girl/boy you like most.. smiled back at you!

You don't say anything.. you just smile back..

..... the moment when you get better marks than you expected... those

"numb" moments of ecstasy n surprise "is that true?"...

..... the moment when you are parting with your old friend(s) and the

train has just started... and you are standing on the door of the

wagon.. waving "bye-bye" with your heart beating fast...

... .. the moment after the HR manager has just called you and told

you,"You are through! Congrats!"

..... the moment when you sit alone in your room after having told

everyone that you cleared that exam you prepared for 6 months!!

You can go on remembering your "special" moments!

I had always wondered why I never said anything to myself at those

moments.. as if it was "understood" ... happiness, joy, pain.. all

feelings just flowed ceaselessly in the 'years' that passed in those

flash moments!

They say.. the best way to communicate is through "silence".

Love. Joy. Grief. Surprise. Anger. Hope. Expectations. Support.

Non-cooperation. ..

Can you imagine the importance of a silent moment in a song??

When Bryan Adams stops for a while along with music, before he goes

on in his husky voice...

..... Please forgive me. I can't stop loving you!

Ever had those moments when you thought you were tired enough that

you reach for your bed after dinner.. but find yourself wide awake

looking at the roof of your room silently...

But you sure are 'thinking'.. . those moments of self-talk are the

most important in our lives. Those moments when we listen to our own

hearts! Those promises... those decisions... those are the moments

when we make our destinies!

Next time you go silent... listen carefully to what your heart is

saying.. listen to its joy...listen to its pain.. listen to its

fears.. listen to its desires..

and

Be in touch with your true self...

TAKE PAPAYA AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN
*Update* Originally native to southern Mexico and now cultivated in many tropical countries (including Brazil , India , Indonesia , South Africa , Vietnam and Sri Lanka ), the papaya plant has been touted by traditional healers for centuries as a source of powerful medicine. Not only is papaya fruit delicious and loaded with vitamins and phytochemicals, but other parts of the plant have been used historically to treat health problems too. Now University of Florida (UF) researcher Dr. Nam Dang and his colleagues inJapan have announced new evidence that the papaya fights cancer cells. In fact, they discovered that an extract made from dried papaya leaves produced a dramatic anti-cancer effect against a broadrange of tumors grown in the laboratory — including cancers of the cervix, breast, liver, lung and pancreas. The study, recently published in theJournal of Ethnopharmacology, not only showed that papaya has a direct anti-tumor effect on a variety of malignancies, but it also documented for the first time that papaya leaf extract increases the production of key signaling molecules called Th1-type cytokines. That's important because this regulation of the immune system raises the strong possibility that the use of papaya could help the body's own immune system to overcome cancers. In addition, it suggests papaya could be helpful in treating or preventing other health problems such as inflammation and autoimmune diseases. The research team found that papaya's anti-cancer effects were strongest when cancer cells received larger doses of the papaya leaf extract — yet, unlike many mainstream cancer therapies, there were no toxic effects at all on normal cells. In a statement to the media, Dr. Dang pointed out that the ability of papaya extract to stop cancer without toxicity is consistent with reports from indigenous populations in Australia and in his native Vietnam . " What exactly does papaya do to halt malignancies? To find out, the researchers focused on a T-lymphoma cancer cell line. They discovered that at least one of the mechanisms that makes papaya extract a potent anti-cancer weapon is the natural compound's ability to cause malignant cells — but not normal ones — to die. The researchers hope to follow up these experiments by eventually testing the papaya cancer treatment in animal and human studies. Up next for Dr. Dang and his colleagues: they've applied to patent a process to distill the papaya extract through the University of Tokyo and they are working to identify all the specific compounds in the papaya extract that are active against cancer cells. To this end, Dr. Dang has partnered with Hendrik Luesch, a UF Shands Cancer Center professor of medicinal chemistry who is an expert in the identification and use of natural products for medical purposes. Dr. Luesch recently discovered yet another natural cancer fighter — a coral reef compound that blocks cancer cell growth in cell lines. Vitamin C has been shown to help ward off symptoms of influenza A, the common cold and pneumonia. Vitamin A provides additional immune system support. Eating folate-rich foods pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy can help the fetal spinal column to develop normally. Papaya for Digestive Health Papaya contains special digestive enzymes, called papain and chymopapain, which help digest proteins. Papaya is often used as a detoxification food and to give the digestive system a break, because it is so rich in its own digestive enzymes. Papaya also contains anti-oxidant vitamins C and E as well as folate, all of which can help prevent colon cancer.

Dengue Fever Remedy

I would like to share this interesting discovery from a classmate's son who has just recovered from dengue fever. Apparently, his son was in the critical stage at the ICU when his blood platelet count drops to 15 after 15 liters of blood transfusion.

His father was so worried that he seeks another friend's recommendation and his son was saved. He confessed to me that he gave his son raw juice of the papaya leaves. From a platelet count of 45 after 20 liters of blood transfusion, and after drinking the raw papaya leaf juice, his platelet count jumps instantly to135. Even the doctors and nurses were surprised. After the second day he was discharged. So he asked me to pass this good news around.

Accordingly it is raw papaya leaves, 2pcs just cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf. So two tablespoonful serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will loose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter
and you have to swallow it like "Wong Low Kat". But it works.

*Papaya Juice - Cure for Dengue*

You may have heard this elsewhere but if not I am glad to inform you that papaya juice is a natural cure for dengue fever. As dengue fever is rampant now, I think it's good to share this with all.

A friend of mine had dengue last year. It was a very serious situation for her
as her platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after 3 days in hospital and water has started to fill up her lungs. She had difficulty in breathing. She was only 32 years old. Doctor says there's no cure for dengue. We just have to wait for her body immune system to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle. She already had 2 blood transfusions and all of us were praying very hard as her platelet continued to drop since the first day she was admitted.

Furthermore it's so easily available. Blend them and squeeze the juice! It's
simple and miraculously effective!!

Amazing Story

Dr.Ahmed, A Well-Known Doctor, Was Once On His Way To An important Medical Conference in Another City Where-in He Was Going To Be Granted An Award For Medical Research He Had Recently Done.

He Was Very Excited To Attend The Conference And Was Desperate To Reach As Soon As Possible .

He Had Worked Long And Hard On His Research And Felt His Efforts Deserved The Award He Was About To Obtain.

However,Two Hours After The Plane Took Off,The Pilot Announced That There Was A Problem With The Plane And That They Were Going To Make An Emergency Landing At The Nearest Airport.

Afraid That He Wouldn't Make it in Time For The Conference, Dr.Ahmed immediately Went To The Help Desk As Soon As The Plane Landed And Explained To The Woman At The Desk That He Was Expected To Be At A Very important Conference And That He Needed To Know The immediate Next Flight To His Destination.

She Told Him That There Was Nothing She Could Do To Help Him As There Wouldn't Be Another Flight To His Destination For Another Ten Hours; But Suggested He Rent A Car And Drive Down To The City As it Was Only Four Hours Away.

Having No Other Choice,He Agreed To The idea Despite His Hatred For Driving Long Distances.

Dr.Ahmed Rented A Car And Started His Journey.

However,Soon After He Left,The Weather Suddenly Changed And A Heavy Storm Began.

The Pouring Rain Made it Very Difficult For Him To See And He Missed A Turn He Was Supposed To Take.

After Two Hours Of Driving,

He Was Convinced He Was Lost.

Driving in The Heavy Rain On A Deserted Road,

Feeling Hungry And Tired,

He Frantically Began To Look For Any Sign Of Civilization.

After Some Time,He Finally Came Across A Small Tattered House.

Desperate, He Got Out Of The Car And Knocked On The Door.

An Old Woman Opened The Door For Him.

He Explained His Situation And Asked if He Could Use Her Telephone.

She Told Him That She Didn't Have A Phone Or Electricity But That He Was Welcome To Come in For Some Food And Something Warm To Drink As He Had Completely Lost His Way And That it Would Take Him Some Time To Get Back On The Right Road.

Hungry,Wet And Exhausted,The Doctor Accepted Her Kind Offer And Walked in.

The Woman Told Him To Help Himself To Some Food And Hot Tea On The Table And Then Excused Herself To Finish Her Prayers.

Sitting On The Table Sipping His Tea,The Doctor Watched The Woman in The Dim Light Of The Candles As She Prayed Next To What Appeared To Be A Small Baby Crib.

Every Time She Finished A Prayer,She Would Start Another One.

Feeling That The Woman Might Be in Need Of Help,

The Doctor Seized The Opportunity To Speak As Soon As She Finished Her Prayers And Told Her That He Hoped God Would Answer Her Prayers.

He Then Said That He Noticed That She Had Been Making A Lot Of Prayers And Asked if There Was Something She Needed That He Could Get For Her Or Help Her With.

The Woman Smiled And Said That God Had Answered All Her Prayers Except For One.

She Said She Didn't Know Why God Hadn't Answered This Specific Prayer Yet But Perhaps it Was Because Of Her Weak Faith.

The Doctor Asked if She Didn't Mind Telling Him What She Needed.

Nodding Her Head in Approval, She Said That The Child in The Crib Was Her Grandson And That Both His Parents Had Recently Died in A Car Accident.

She Said That The Child Had A Very Rare Type Of Cancer And That All The Doctors She Had Seen Were Unable To Treat Him.

She Also Said That She Had Been Told That There Was A Doctor Who Specialized in The Type Of Cancer Her Grandson Had,But There Was No Way For Her To Get To This Doctor As He Lived Very Far From Her;

So She Has Been Spending Her Days And Nights Praying To God To Help Her Find A Way To Get To Dr.Ahmed—

The Doctor Who Could Treat Her Grandson.

Upon Hearing Her Words,

Tears Began To Flow Down The Doctor's Cheeks And He Said :

`God is Great,

There Was A Malfunction in The Plane,

A Thunderstorm Hit,

And I Lost My Way;

And All Of This Happened Because God Did Not Just Answer Your Prayer By Helping You Find A Way To Get To Dr.Ahmed,

But He Brought Dr.Ahmed To Your House.

I Am Dr.Ahmed.'

With Tears Streaming Down Her Cheeks,The Woman Raised Her Hands Prayed

" Oh God,

How Great And Merciful You Are ! '
