Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • plan a construction schedule related to Control systems upgrade project of a Crude Oil stabilizing plant
  • implement and control the construction schedule
  • manage manpower and material resources to meet project schedule and targets
  • work out and implement SAUDI ARAMCO standards and procedures on all project activities and adherence to HSE and Quality requirements.
  • Manage construction budgets and cost control of project activities.
  • ensure efficient collaboration and close co-ordination between Client, Subcontractors, Vendors and relevant parties for smooth, efficient and timely completion of project.
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree – I & C or Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 10 years experience handling project of complex nature with Instrumentation & Controls as major activity.
  • Candidates worked on SAUDI ARAMCO project in similar capacity will be preferable.
  • Knowledge of relevant International standards, Saudi Aramco Engineering standards and procedures, Quality & Safety standards is required.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Work as Project lead at field related to construction of Control systems upgrade project of a Crude Oil stabilizing plant
  • Responsible for managing and controlling the daily operations at field to maintain the project schedule and controlling cost at job site.
  • Liase between Site manpower and Project Manager.
  • work out and ensure SAUDI ARAMCO standards and procedures are followed on all project activities and adherence to HSE and Quality requirements.
  • Monitor and control Subcontractors work, progress and schedule.
  • Ensure close co-ordination between Client, Project management staff, Subcontractors, Vendors and relevant parties for smooth, efficient and timely completion of project.
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree – in relevant Engineering discipline
  • Min. 10 years experience handling project of complex nature with Instrumentation & Controls as major activity.
  • Candidates worked on SAUDI ARAMCO project in similar capacity will be preferable.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Industrial Planning and Cost Scheduling for Engineering, EPC and Construction projects
  • Develop and maintain schedules for early phase major capital projects using scheduling software Primavera 6 or 7
  • Preparing Integrated L1 schedules and Rolling plans for L2 to L6 schedules using Primavera version 6 OR 7
  • Control, monitor and report schedule progress and forecast completion dates
  • Extract, translate and report periodic schedule progress data for management reporting and evaluation of progress payment Invoice to Client
  • Coordinate the preparation of the monthly schedule and progress updates
  • Facilitate periodic schedule risk assessments in requisite detail so that all impacts of any performance uncertainties and risks are reliably modeled
  • Effectively work and communicate with Company management, Client and Site Construction team

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Work as System integration lead on the project involving Control systems upgrade of an Oil stabilizing plant.
  • Responsible for managing, controlling and coordinating with Vendors for interfacing of ESD, BMS, Vibration monitoring, Compressor control & Anti-surge and Fire & Gas detection systems with DCS as per project schedule
§  determining integration issues; conducting and analyzing performance tests, documenting integration features and processes
  • Effectively work and communicate with Vendors, Client and Site installation Team
  • work out and ensure SAUDI ARAMCO standards and procedures are followed on all project interfacing and integration activities and adherence to HSE and Quality requirements.
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree – in relevant Engineering discipline
  • Min. 5 years experience working on Systems.
  • Candidates worked on SAUDI ARAMCO project in similar capacity will be preferable.
  • Candidates having experience on integration and interfacing of Auxiliary Equipment Control Systems with EMERSON Delta-V DCS System are most preferred.

  • Work as Project Engineer on the project involving Control systems upgrade of an Oil stabilizing plant.
  • Responsible for Supervising hot cut-over, Panel wiring, ESD and BMS system installation in Control rooms and Process Interface Buildings and pre-commissioning of the same.
  • Well versed with Instrumentation drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring drawings, P&IDs, specifications, calculations etc.
  • Knowledge of DCS, ESD, BMS, Vibration monitoring, Compressor control & Anti-surge and Fire & Gas detection systems.
  • Effectively work coordinate and communicate with Client, Vendors and Site installation Team
  • work out and ensure SAUDI ARAMCO standards and procedures are followed on all project activities and adherence to HSE and Quality requirements.
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree – in relevant Engineering discipline
  • Min. 5 years experience working on Systems.

  • Devise and implementing programs and plan to safeguard HSE of all employees and to prevent loss and damage to the Company's assets and projects
  • Plan, develop, coordinate and facilitate safety training requirements.
  • Plan, supervise and implement of fire, safety, environmental protection and emergency.
  • Conversant with SAUDI ARAMCO HSE standards.
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree – in Engineering discipline with internationally accepted HSE qualification
  • At least 10 years experience in Oil & Gas projects of which minimum 5 years in Middle East.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§  Candidates will be performing the position of Project Material Specialist involving in the Material Procurement activities
§  Responsibilities include planning & forecasting the material requirements of the projects to ensure the materials availability by establishing better coordination with planning and construction group
§  Conducts frequent materials coordination meetings with project management personnel to alert them to existing or potential problems relative to materials availability.
§  Ensures that project material requirement are complete, reviewed against excess and surplus inventories and forecasts with maximum lead time
§  Monitors project compliance with Company policy pertaining to the identification, requisitioning and delivery of spare parts required to support start-up and commissioning.
§  Requires interface with the Commissioning and Expediting Unit to provide critical support during final project activities.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology
  • At least 5 years experience in Oil & Gas projects of which minimum 3 years in Middle East.
§  Ideal candidate should have well rounded knowledge of project management, cost control and cost estimating and standard Safety practices.
