When it was not possible to confirm or deny about rape - it was o.k. to bring 4 witnesses to confirm the adultery or rape.
It is one more issue. The previous issues being location of moon on its first day of the month. Whether the man actually landed on the moon? nd many more such issues those are proved beyond doubt but very sad to say - proven scientific facts are not acceptable to the Uluma and the courts. In another words they are denying justice to the victim.

after court ruling against DNA test as proof in rape cases the ISLAMIC IDEALOGY CONFERENCE gave a ruling that the result of DNA test will not be acceptable in case of rape cases as per islamic sharia laws.four witness will be required for the proof of rape.
its a very very sad day for pakistani women
we must urge our law makers to act against this ruling and make sure that no women in country should suffer after rape.they should not be humilated by corts and rapist should go to jail
