The reader must remember:
The best Wdhifa is to recite Al-Qur'an daily & fix a portion of it for daily routine. Means:
Recite one Manzil Finish Al-Qur'an recitation in seven days. If not possible then daily one Juz/Para if not possible then Finish in forty days. These are the ways of Sahabah R.A. Ajmaeen of Tabeiin or Taba-Tabeiin or our Salaf assualeheen A.R. Ajmeen or finish Recitation of Al-Qur'an every two moths & for vey busy people atleast four Ruku are a must.
For acceptance of any Supplication: "RIZQ-E-HALAL IS THE FIRST PRIORIETY" Eat Halal from Halal 'INCOME': & Best Wirad is "Darood"Shareef:
A- To recite Darood Shareef ( many according to convenience )
B- To take medicine/s for treatment – This is Sunnat.
C- Offer regular prayers and keep self clean as per Islamic faith.
D- Suplicate after whatever you recite
E- Before supplication again to recite Darood Shareef according to convenience
F- If does not bear any fruits then Hope for a Better Reward in The Life after death and also it may not be to your advantage so you are not responded. Any how KEEP GOOD HOPE WITH THE LORD. Never think of any complain against Allah s.w.t otherwise you may get TOTAL LOSS ( I think you understand what I mean)

I give hereunder the main points that is possible for me TO EXPLAIN IN English:

THE PERSON WHO FEELS TOO MUCH HUNGER:
First recite: Darood shareef then:
Recite 11 times: " wa fissama'e rizqkum wa maa tu-adoon" blow gently on water and give it to the patient to drink. The excessive hunger will diminish. In Sha Allah
First recite Darrod Shareef atleast three times then:.
Recite: Allahhuma (once to begin) & then 300 times "Ya-Samdu"(Ya Samado)
TREATMENT OF IMMENSE THURST:
In the Early morning ( immediately after sunrise) recite: Darood Shareef then Full Bismillah then Surah #1: Al-Fateha – Aameen then blow gently on both palms and surf the hands on face. On that day In Sha Allah the thurst will be in control
Offer two Rak'at Salah then recite Darrod Shareef several times the recite the following Ayaah 21 times and supplicate. In Sha Allah Ta'ala it will be beneficial in treating Acute Thirst (illness)

| سورة الشعراء | 26 | 84 | وَاجْعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ |
| سورة الشعراء | 26 | 85 | وَاجْعَلْنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ النَّعِيمِ |
| سورة الشعراء | 26 | 86 | وَاغْفِرْ لِأَبِي إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الضَّالِّينَ |
| سورة الشعراء | 26 | 87 | وَلَا تُخْزِنِي يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ |
| سورة الشعراء | 26 | 88 | يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ |
| سورة الشعراء | 26 | 89 | إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ |

If recited the following Surah punctually –with Darood Shareef – then Thirst will be regulated: In Sha Allah:

| سورة قريش | 106 | 2 | إِيلَافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاء وَالصَّيْفِ |
| سورة قريش | 106 | 3 | فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ |
| سورة قريش | 106 | 4 | الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍ |
The one who suffers the Illness of Thirst may be given water over which three times Surah# 56 is recited (after reciting several Darood Shareef) In Sha Allah the patient will be cured.
Write Surah # 28: Al-Qasas on a plate or paper wash it with Pure water and give it to patient: In Sha Allah the person will be cured from the illness of excessive thurst and all other ailments ot abdomen/stomach.

Nausea & Vomiting:
First recite Darood Shareef then write down on on apaper or plate:
| سورة هود | 11 | 44 | وَقِيلَ يَا أَرْضُ ابْلَعِي مَاءكِ وَيَا سَمَاء أَقْلِعِي وَغِيضَ الْمَاء وَقُضِيَ الأَمْرُ وَاسْتَوَتْ عَلَى الْجُودِيِّ وَقِيلَ بُعْداً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ |
Wash it with water and give this to patient daily before anything the person eats – Till the illness is eliminated.
After reciting several times Darood Shareef recite the following Ayaat 11 times on (regular) Salt and let the sick person lick a little at a time thus the Vomit will be eased or will Vanish In Sha Allah

| سورة الواقعة | 56 | 6 | فَكَانَتْ هَبَاء مُّنبَثًّا |
| سورة الواقعة | 56 | 7 | وَكُنتُمْ أَزْوَاجًا ثَلَاثَةً |
| سورة الواقعة | 56 | 8 | فَأَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ |
| سورة الواقعة | 56 | 9 | وَأَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ |
| سورة الواقعة | 56 | 10 | وَالسَّابِقُونَ السَّابِقُونَ |
| سورة الواقعة | 56 | 11 | أُوْلَئِكَ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ |
If Vomit comes with blood then the following (Different Ayaat) may be recited after Darood Shareef; 41 times immediately after Salat-udh dhuhar for 21 days on water and give the patient to drink.
In Sha Allah the person will be cured:
As the Ayaat are mixed (different) I try to give here Roman Arabic: May Allah s.w.t Pardon me for any wrong spelling ( I hope & understand that Muslims can grasp the correct wordings):
Al-Hamdu'lilLahi Rabbil Aalemeen
HasbonulLahu-wa-Ne'mul-Wakeel
Fa Tabark-al-Lahu Ahsan-al-Khaleqeen
La Hawla wa'la Quwwatta illa biLahil-Aliyul-Azeem
Write on Dry Plate the following ayaat and wash it with rosewater+ Arq-e- Gauzuban
And give it topatient to drink – In Sha Allah the Vomit will stop:
| سورة الإنسان | 76 | 17 | وَيُسْقَوْنَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنجَبِيلًا |
| سورة الإنسان | 76 | 18 | عَيْنًا فِيهَا تُسَمَّى سَلْسَبِيلًا |
