Re: [Yaadein_Meri] Fw: Brutal crackdown on Islam in Bangaldesh

First  of  all  we  should  stop  feeling  pity  on  ourselves,
we  consedure  ourselves  as  innocent  creatures.
But  the  fact  is  that  we  too  have  played  and  are  still
playing  our  part,  to  form  the  sciene.
I  have  not  followed  what  was  the  recent  part  played
the  cause  of  all  this  killings  in  Bangladesh.
For  good  30 years, Pakistan  was  dominating  East Pakistan
like  a  colony,  and  ultimately,  when  they  were  totally
cornered,  they  took  India's  help  to  get  rid  of  Pakistan.

In  the  last  days,  the  President  of  Pakistan  General  Yahya
said  to  people  in  national  broadcast  that  he  wanted  land
and  not  man,  in  East  Pakistan.   So,  what  did  that  mean ?

Than  after  being  defeated ,  we  left  behind  some  300,000
Biharies,  unattended,  and  refuse  to  take  them as Pakistani s
so  they were  put up in  'camps'  and  after  good 4  decades,
they  are  still  there..   What  do  we  call  this ?

I  am  not  against  anyone,  but  the  humble  request  is  that
we  should  measure  all  the  four  walls,  before   putting  up
a  fake  castle,  in  the  name  of  religion  or  else.

Regards...
Love  to  all,
and  Love  for  all.

To all the brothers who contributed in this discussion,

We talked about what Jamat-e-islami (Pak) is doing, what media is doing.............etc.
Now comes the crunch part:
WHAT ARE WE DOING?????????

The least we can do is to pray to Allah subnahu-wa-ta'la for them, are we doing that????
I know that we do a lot more......

Assalam O alay kom, Brother Soomro You're totally rong. In fact our media is not working for us (MUSLIM), they are working India, USA & for all those against the Islam. Our Media only give importance to "behaiye" like velentine day. Now a day you can't watch tv with your family even news challnals They promotos India's & USA interest only. Even some time they openly speak against Pakistan, against Islam & our culture.  How many time you watched the news about the killings of Muslim in Bangladesh. Hope & pray that you'll understand. Jazak Allah

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U BROTHER. BUT IF JAMAAT AND JAMIAT WILL DO ANYTHING IN THIS REGARD, THE CONTROLLED MEDIA OF OUR COUNTRY WILL NOT GIVE ANY IMPORTANCE TO THESE KIN OF EVENTS. THAT'S WHY U COULD NOT SEE THE STATEMENT OF SYED MUNAWAR HUSSIN IN NEWSPAPERS EXCEPT FEW.

JI condemns death sentence to BD leader

LAHORE, Feb. 28: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hasan, has strongly condemned a Bangladesh court verdict pronouncing death sentence to eminent religious scholar and JI, leader Maulana  Dilawar Husain Saeedi, and has warned that this could plunge Bangladesh into a civil war.
The JI Ameer has urged the Pakistan government not to keep silent on this development as the accused along with other opposition leaders were being tried for showing their loyalty to Pakistan and had actually been opposing the break up of the country. He has also urged the International Human Rights Commission and the Amnesty International take notice of the glaring human rights violations in Bangladesh.
Syed Munawar Hasan said that the Dhaka Special Tribunal had convicted Maulana Dilawar Husain Saeedi on the basis of 42 years old events as the Awami League government in BD was bent upon vendetta . He said that during the trial that had continued for about two years, not a single charge against Maulana Dilawar Husain had been proved and the tribunal chief, Justice Nizamul Haq, had admitted that he was under political pressure and the trial was a farce.
The JI Ameer said that at present Bangladesh had a pro- India government and India's hand in the breakup of this country was an established fact.

SIR ----- see the ediotic speech of deputy speaker of Bangladesh parliment PLUS what is happening in Bangladesh on JAMAIT-E-ISLAMI leaders and workers , ?WHY the JAMAIT leaders of Pakistan (punjab) are silent , these poor bengalis joined Jamiat on instruction of Maulana Maudoodi and other west pakistanis , now they are in deep trouble , their leaders are to be hanged on criminal charges (FOR WHICH THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONSIBLE) during 1971 war , more than 55 killed by police in recent protest , but the PUNJABI JAMIATA IS SILENT ----- this is the reason I always tell that J.I. is only for pujabi intrest and NOT FOR OUR OR ISLAM INTREST.

Deputy Speaker of Bangladeshi Parliament said in Parliament,

"...We see too many women wearing the Burqa, Women should be free in their movement. Why should they cover themselves? Wearing of Burqa is increasing in the villages, women with ugly faces using religion to cover their ugly faces..."
