[Bismillahnews.in-23-02-13-New Delhi-Sohail Siddiqui] BJP leader LK Advani on Saturday blamed Pakistan squarely for Thursday's blasts in Hyderabad, saying it is involved in a proxy war against India. "The neighbouring country has not been successful in waging a war against India in the last few decades, so it has resorted to proxy war," Advani told reporters here. "The neighbouring country has taken recourse to terrorism to trouble India," he said, adding, "there is no doubt that there is the hand of the neighbouring country in Hyderabad blasts." Pakistan should abide by the commitment made during the meeting between Vajpayee and Musharraf, whereby Pakistan undertook not to allow its soil to be used for terror acts against India, Advani said. The neighbouring country cannot wash its hands of the Hyderabad blasts, he said.
This statement by the father of saffron terrorism in modern India Loh purush LK Advani who is wanted in biggest terror act in Independent India of Demolition of Babri Masjid on 6th December' 92 is an attempt to divert the saffron terror act in twin Hyderabad blast on the punching bag of Sangh Parivar Pakistan.The late reaction of this Guru of hate politics has come when UPA Governments Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh has decided to visit Hyderabad blasts victims on Sunday.The statement by LK Advani deserves utmost ridicule as he has tried to wage a war against a Nation by accusing it of an act of terror on other country with out evidence. Advani should have approached the government of India with all the evidence he had regarding Pakistan's involvement in the dastardly inhuman act of bomb blasts in Hyderabad.
This writer has enough evidences against LK Advani's role in 13/12 Parliament attack - a false flag terror operation,during his tenure as federal Home Minister of India.The present attempt by him to Communalise India by such statements is a bid to save the real culprits who are from his Parivar.
Left warns against efforts to 'communalise' Hyderabad blasts
Condemning the Hyderabad blasts, the Left parties day warned against any "preconceived notions" about probable culprits or attempts to communalise the incident, saying several innocents have been imprisoned wrongly and released later in earlier cases. "In some earlier such incidents, including in Hyderabad, wrong people were caught, sent to jail for several years and released later by the courts," CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat told reporters here. He said proper investigations should be carried out and the real culprits brought to book. Separately, in a statement, the party's Politburo said "given past experience, there should be no preconceived notions about those who have committed this crime. There has to be a careful investigation to ascertain those responsible for this attack and to bring them to justice." Terming the blasts as an "inhuman brutal act" against innocents, the CPI Central Secretariat protested "the attempts to communalise and politicise the incident by some narrow minded sections." "This is the time to show unity, create confidence among the people to face the challenge of mindless murders and terrorism," it said, urging the people of Hyderabad to face the challenge with calm and courage. Both parties condemned the twin bomb blasts and conveyed their heartfelt sympathies to all those families who have suffered grievous losses.
'Uphold The Principles Of Fair, Independent And Unbiased Investigation'
Police should refrain from baselessly targeting of persons belonging to any particular community and the media from speculative and motivated reporting - PEOPLES UNION FOR CIVIL LIBERTIES (PUCL)
PUCL strongly condemns the serial blasts in Hyderabad on 21.02.2013 which has resulted in loss of life and grievous injuries to many. PUCL extends its sympathies to the families of all those who lost relatives and hopes that the injured recover speedily.
PUCL re-iterates its stand that all organizations – whether State or non- state players – functioning for the people and in the public arena are accountable and answerable for their acts. PUCL appeals to all organizations to refrain from acts of mindless violence, especially when they endanger innocent persons. Violence can never offer a solution to any issue however genuine it may be.
In the past such blasts have invariably been followed by motivated targeting and illegal detention by the police of scores of educated and young members of the minority community, physical and mental torture, prosecution under as many draconian sections and laws as possible and repeated implication of the same persons in multiple cases thereby stigmatising a section of the population of the minority community who live for years with the shame of being a "terrorist". The stigma is never erased even when prolonged trials end in acquittal the acquitted persons and their families forever live devastated lives, ostracized and feared by their own community. Such unlawful motivated police action has ended up in immense alienation and disaffection of an already traumatized community.
PUCL reiterates that the state and central police and various intelligence agencies inquiring into the incidents should uphold the principles of fair, independent and unbiased investigation. This will strengthen rule of law and ensure investigations and interrogations in a civilized manner. Only such conduct of investigating agencies will reinforce established and accepted norms of fair and lawful investigation. We caution the police not to indulge in baselessly targeting of persons belonging to any particular community, especially those from the minority communities.
PUCL is apprehensive that the current events provide fodder for partisan politics and use of the tragedy to score political points. It is crucial that political parties respond with sensitivity and work to create a sense of confidence and amity amongst different social sections.
PUCL is concerned over some sections of the media indulging in speculative reporting and alluding to the alleged involvement of some groups, even when investigation is still underway. Such competitive posturing and motivated reporting fans communal hatred, creates mass paranoia and vitiates communal harmony.
In this time of tragedy and disturbance PUCL appeals to citizens, be they in media, political parties or state agencies, not to fall prey to rumours inciting reprisal by fanning enmity between communities.
Those guilty of this ghastly incident should be expeditiously brought to book. The situation demands that we, as a nation, should remain calm, restrained and peaceful.
Why Advani is Communalizing the Investigations and spreading hate ?
It is almost clear that Advani after waiting for full two days realized that the twin blasts in Hyderabad are an ideal opportunity for his ideology to play politics of hate which has been amply supported by a section of Print and Electronic media.But the single most fact which has made him shift the blame on Pakistan is the ground reality that despite the targeted propaganda against Muslim Indians via Ghost Indian Mujahideen they have not been able to find one Muslim person in all these years on Indian soil who could be convicted of such blasts.Afzal Guru whom the state punished by death again has exposed the state of its failure to do Justice.The "IM module members" who have been in custody of Delhi police in Tihar and are being mentioned as having revealed their plans in Hyderabad again such claims by state lack credibility.
Saffron terror in Hyderabad
The Kiran Kumar Reddy government in AP has all the evidence that these blasts are the work of saffron terrorists like the Mecca Masjid,lumambini Park and Gokul Chat blasts earlier in 2007.It remains to be seen will the Prime Minister of India be bold enough to expose the saffron forces like his Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde .
