There is certainly a Sign in that for people who reflect"   { Source 'Quran' ~Surat An-Naĥl ~ (The Bee) ~16~ # 68 -69 }     Prophet Muhammad [Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam]   had a habit of taking honey with cold water on an empty stomach {!}   Prophet Muhammad [Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ]   used to drink honey with cold water, and this is an especially effective method to preserve the health that only the best doctors could have knowledge of.   Drinking honey on an empty stomach will dissolve phlegm... purify the stomach's protective layers and ....{?} dissipate its viscidity and excrements while heating it mildly. Honey has more than 80 materials of sugar vitamins and 15 materials of sugars, particularly fructose, glucose, minerals, amino acids and about 5% of unclassified materials....   "Experiments conducted on honey show that its bactericide properties increase twofold when diluted in water.
