Assalam Alaikum Wa Rahmath Ullahi Wa Barkatahu
Surely Allah SWT has SOLUTION for every PROBLEM you have, but YOU should submit to Allah SWT instead of flexing your strayed-confidence.
Allah SWT manages everything according to His TERMS, cannot be dictated with your flawed ideas and conditions.
There cannot be TWO captains in the same boat, either you take the control (not sure of success) or hand it over to the Almighty SWT.

Hope this mail finds you in the best of health and happiness. Here is an excerpt of the article that you may find beneficial.
"By expressing daily gratitude we will learn how to understand and deal with difficulties. It will make us pay more attention to everything that has been bestowed upon us rather than focusing on what we don't have. Happiness is a state of mind. You can be a millionaire and get anything you want in this world but still end up as unhappy. The trick of nurturing your own soul is to give thanks. The important points are to look at your past and give thanks for the many favors that Allah has already bestowed upon you. Think of the night that merges into day. Look also at your present life. There are probably hundreds of things you are surrounded with that are only given to you by the mercy of Allah. So give thanks and you will make a remarkable change in your life with "Alhamdulillah" for everything.

tere wa'ade pe jiye hum ....Sponsorship system on its way out
http://en-maktoob.news.yahoo.com/sponsorship-system-way-230420390.html
Deputy Labor Minister for workers affairs Ahmad Al-Humaidan said that the ministry had started taking practical steps aimed at scrapping the individual sponsorship (kafala) system.
"We have already begun changing some technical terms related with the sponsorship system, like changing the term 'transfer of sponsorship' (naql kafala) to 'transfer of services.' Other steps included preventing sponsors from holding passports of foreign workers and canceling the condition to obtain the sponsor's approval for workers to bring their families to the Kingdom," he said.
The deputy minister made the remarks while addressing a seminar on private health firms in Riyadh, Al-Eqtisadiah business daily reported yesterday.
Al-Humaidan noted that the ministry replaced several provisions in the kafala system with new regulations that govern the relationship between the employer and the foreign worker. "If you look at any of these regulations, you can't see anything that is pointing to the sponsorship system. The ministry was able to remove all the restrictions imposed by sponsors on their workers," he said while claiming that at present, there are no obligations between the sponsor and the foreigner except those that come under the framework of an employer and employee. Q & A
Seeking help from the dead (Awaliya'a)
Q1. My father-in-law believes that whenever he is in need of help or is caught up in a critical situation, he calls the names of the dead people (Awaliya'a), and he gets help from them as per his belief.
He also believes that on the Day of Judgment, this sheikh will protect him from hell and he daily recites his names. Now, he is also forcing other members of his family to follow him. For the past two years I am advising him to follow the Qur'an and Sunnah, but all my efforts are going in vain as he has said that he wouldn't listen to anything against his faith. At the same time he is also forcing his daughter (my wife) to believe in his faith. When I opposed he recommended his daughter to get separated from me, but by the grace of Allah she has strong Aqeedah. Should we stop meeting him and if so then what is the right of a daughter toward her father in this case. Please advise.
A1. Believing that dead people can help one, calling on them or seeking their help is a major Shirk. It is the practice of the people of Jahiliyah (pre-Islamic era); they admitted that Allah is the true God who has created everything, but at the same time they seek help from their idols or Jinn or dead saints. Allah said "And verily, if you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth?" Surely, they will say: "Allah (has created them)."

Allah said "And verily, if you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth?" Surely, they will say: "Allah (has created them)."
Say: "Tell me then, the things that you invoke besides Allah, if Allah intended some harm for me, could they remove His harm, or if He (Allah) intended some mercy for me, could they withhold His Mercy?" Say: "Sufficient for me is Allah; in Him those who trust (i.e. believers) must put their trust." (Qur'an, 39:38)
Muslim should seek help and support from Allah alone and not call on Awliya'a who are dead and who themselves are in need of Dua'a and mercy.
Allah said, "Verily, those whom you call upon besides Allah are slaves like you. So call upon them and let them answer you if you are truthful." (Qur'an, 7:194)
"And those whom you call upon besides Him (Allah) cannot help you nor canthey help themselves." (Qur'an, 7:197)
"Those whom they (Al-Mushrikun) invoke besides Allah have not created anything, but are themselves created. (They are) dead, lifeless, and they know not when they will be raised up." (Qur'an, 16: 20-21)
My advice to you regarding your father-in-law is:
1. Pray to Allah and make sincere Dua'a asking Allah to guide him.
2. Find someone of his age or older than him with good faith (Aqeedah) and for whom he has respect. Ask him to explain to your father-in-law the truth. You need to know the bases of his belief and his evidences, and then discuss it with him in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
3. With such belief he has no authority on his Muslim daughter and he has no right to divorce her.
4. Be kind to him as much as you can, and deal with him in the best way but never listen to him if he asks you to disobey Allah.
Allah said, "And We have enjoined on man (to be dutiful and good) to his parents. His mother bore him in weakness and hardship upon weakness and hardship, and his weaning is in two years, give thanks to Me and to your parents, unto Me is the final destination. But if they (both) strive with you to make you join in worship with Me others that of which you have no knowledge, then obey them not, but behave with them in the world kindly, and follow the path of him who turns to Me in repentance and in obedience. Then to Me will be your return, and I shall tell you what you used to do." (Qur'an, 31: 14-15)
5. If he is calling others to his belief and if he tries to influence them then you should keep your children and other minors away from his company, so as not to get them influenced. It is your duty to protect their pure belief in Allah.
Allah said, "O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do that which they are commanded." (Qur'an, 66 :6)
May Allah guide him and guide all misguided to the straight path.
The Maharam of a woman
Q2. Can the husband of my sister be considered as a Mahram for the sake of traveling?
A2. No, he is not your Mahram. Mahram is a person who can never marry the woman, for example, father, son, brother or uncle, etc. But, the husband of a woman's sister can marry her if her sister dies or divorces him.
Muslim should seek help and support from Allah alone and not call on Awliya'a who are dead and who themselves are in need of Dua'a and mercy.

Ruling on networking marketing
Q1. I would like to know if network marketing is Halal and if it is correct for one to take commission from the sales made by someone working in his or her network after they successfully refer products to other people.
A1. Network marketing is not Halal. It is forbidden because it includes Riba, and Gharar (ambiguous transaction) according to fatwa number 22935 issued by The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta' in Saudi Arabia.
The fatwa says that these companies rely on marketing and advertising of their product which emphasizes the size of the large commission which the participant can earn, and offers the incentive of a large profit in return for a small sum, which is the price of the product. It is Haram according to Shariah for several reasons:
1. It involves Riba of two types - Riba Al-Fadl (involving exchange of goods of the same type but of different quantity) and Riba Al-Nasi'ah (involving deferred payment of a larger amount if it were paid immediately). The participant pays a small amount of money in order to gain a lot of money, in other words he pays cash for cash of a different amount and with deferred payment. This is the kind of Riba that is forbidden according to texts and scholarly consensus. The product which the company sells to the agent is simply a screen for this transaction; it is not what the participant is seeking and it makes no difference to the ruling.
2. It is a kind of Gharar (ambiguous transaction) that is forbidden in Shariah, because the participant does not know whether he will be successful in finding the number of purchasers (participants) required or not. No matter how long pyramid or network marketing lasts, it must inevitably reach an end, and when a person joins the pyramid he does not know whether he will be in a higher level and make a profit, or in the lower level and make a loss. Mostly members of the pyramid lose out, except for the few at the top. Eventually, its losses, one thing which is feared the most by people. One of two things may happen, and it is usually the one that is most feared. The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade ambiguous transactions. (Muslim)
3. These transactions involve consuming people's wealth unlawfully because the companies and some participants benefit by tricking others and this is forbidden. Allah said, "O you who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves unjustly." (Qur'an,4:29)
4. This transaction involves cheating, deceiving and tricking people by showing the product as if that is the purpose of this transaction, when that is not the case, and by enticing them with the idea of large commission which people do not usually earn. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever deceives us is not one of us." (Muslim) The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The two parties to a transaction have the choice, so long as they have not parted. If they are sincere and open in their dealings, the transaction will be blessed for them, but if they lie and conceal anything, the blessing of their transaction will be erased."
This is not like brokerage because in it the broker receives payment in return for selling a product, whereas in network marketing the participant pays a fee in order to market the product. Brokerage means marketing the product in a real sense, unlike network marketing where the real aim is to market the transaction, not the product, so the participant markets to others who will market to others and so on.
The transaction is not acceptable in terms of receiving it as a gift because not all kinds of gifts are permissible in Shari'ah. A gift given in return for a loan is Riba. Hence 'Abd-Allah Bin Salam told Abu Burdah (may Allah be pleased with them), "You are in a land where Riba is widespread among them. If you have some right over a man and he gives you a load of straw or a load of barley or a load of fodder, this is Riba." (Bukhari)
Gifts are subject to rulings based on the reason for which they are given. Hence, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to the Zakah collector who came and said,
"This is for you and this is what was given to me as a gift. Why don't you sit in the house of your father and mother and see whether you are given any gifts or not?"
Performing Sunnah prayers
Q2. If someone enters the mosque to offer Fajr prayer, should he first perform Tahyatul Masjid and then the Sunnah or just perform the Sunnah before the Fard if time is short before the Fajr prayer?
A2. If you pray the Sunnah Ratiba of Fajr at home after the Fajr Adhan that is before you come to the Masjid, then you will only pray Tahyat-ul-Masjid in the Mosque. However, if you have not prayed the Sunnah at home then you will pray Sunnah Ratibah in the mosque which will also be accounted as Tahyat-ul-Masjid. In case you come early to the Masjid before the Adhan for any Salah, just pray Tahyat-ul-Masjid and sit for the prayer. After the Adhan pray Sunnah Ratibah.
Ruling on interest
Q1.The money that I have been maintaining in a bank account in India gets periodical interest. What should be done with the interest?
A1. Muslims should stay away from Riba because it is one of the major sins. Allah, the Exalted warns believers from dealing with Riba and declared war against one who consumed it. He said, "O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and give up what remains (due to you) from Riba (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers. And if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) but if you repent, you shall have your capital sums. Deal not unjustly (by asking more than your capital sums), and you shall not be dealt with unjustly (by receiving less than your capital sums)." (Qur'an, 2:278-279)
If the bank has an option of checking account then you should use of that, and stay away from all other types of accounts that give interest. However, if they add interest to your money, then don't leave the interest in your account. Take that money and give it to Islamic charitable organizations or poor and needy Muslims with the intention of getting rid of it.
Possessed by evil spirits
Q2. A person prays regularly and lives a proper Islamic life, but then later gets possessed by evil and dies due to it. What will be his/her Aakhirah?
A2. Those who get possessed by Jins or evil spirits to such an extent that they are not aware of what they are doing are not accountable for their actions toward Allah. Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The pen has been lifted for three: the insane until he regains his sanity, the child until he reaches puberty, and the sleeper until he wakes up." (Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, and Ibn Majah)
By the grace of Allah, a Muslim will get a reward for fulfilling all his obligations toward Allah when he was healthy and sane.
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated, that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him ) said, "When a slave falls ill or travels, then he will get a reward similar to that he gets for good deeds practiced at home when in good health." (Bukhari)
Muslims should protect themselves by doing Dhikr (remembering Allah) like reciting Ayat-ul-Kursi (Qur'an, 2:225) and the last three Surahs of the Qur'an every morning and evening.
Claiming damage
Q3. I recently went through my dental surgery and one of my nerve got damaged during operation. I lost my taste sensation. Can I claim this type of damage from my doctor? Is it allowed according to Islamic Law?
A3. Yes, it is allowed if you think that the person who did it was careless and did not specialize in his field. The 'Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta' in Saudi Arabia stated in fatwa number 10890 that "if a doctor performs what is required from him and he is skillful in his work, knows the exact condition of the patient he is operating on, and does not go beyond the condition at hand, no compensation is required if he commits a mistake. He will also not be liable for resulting death or physical disability, because he has performed what he is authorized to do so according to the Shari'ah.
However, if the doctor is not skillful it is not permissible for him to perform the surgery; it is even forbidden. If he carries it out then he must pay compensation for any error and will be liable for ensuing harm. The same will be the case if he is skillful, but he oversteps the limits of the operation, or has used an inappropriate instrument that auses great pain, or has chosen a wrong time for surgery, or has operated on another organ, and so on. Doctors must pay compensation in these cases and will be liable for ensuing harm, because it is not permissible, rather it is forbidden for them to perform it." And Allah knows best.
Laziness
Narrated Abu Huraira Allah's Apostle said, "Satan puts three knots at the back of the head of any of you if he is asleep. On every knot he reads and exhales the following words, 'The night is long, so stay asleep.' When one wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone; and when one performs ablution, the second knot is undone, and when one prays the third knot is undone and one gets up energetic with a good heart in the morning; otherwise one gets up lazy and with a mischievous heart." (Bukhari, Book #21, Hadith #243)
And if you contemplate the above sources, you'd notice that laziness is associated with salah because salah is the most difficult of the daily obligations that a Muslim must complete since it has to be done every day, 5 times a day, without fail. An interesting point to make here is that whoever is lazy in their salah will be lazy in other acts of worship and whoever is NOT lazy in their salah, he/she won't be lazy in other aspects of his/her life.
It's obvious from the above sources that laziness is not something to be taken lightly and needs to be addressed. In fact, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) used to seek refuge in Allah (glorified and exalted be He) from laziness that he used to mention it daily in this dua:
'O Allaah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being over powered by men.'
