2G Optimization:
1-At least three years' experience in 2G
2-At least two years' experience in planning (2G)
3-Experience on optimization tool, Actix, Map Info, Asset, Atoll, TEMS
4-Experience in the dimensioning (BH traffic, Erlang Table, Blocking, Half Rate)
5- Analyzing the stats.
6-Troubleshoots the Hardware issues.
7-Dealing with the external interference
8-MS Access experience and Excel Macros experience.
9- in building solutions.
10-Presentation skills.
3G Optimization:
1-At least three to 4 experience in 3G (With at least one year on ZTE equipment
2-Experience in main KPIs and related counters
3-Experience on call traces PS & CS
4-Experience on tools (Mao Info, Actix, TEMS)
5- Organize the BM reports an daily/weekly,…(Presentation skills)
6-Network Dimensioning experience (2 carriers/3 Carriers)
7-Expert on Broadband.
8-MS Access experience, and Excel Macros experience.
2G/ 3G Planning:
1-At least three years in RF planning.
2-BSC, Cell planning.
3-Field survey (Using Compass, binocular
4-Experience on planning tools like Atoll, Asset,
5-Experience in the dimensioning (BH traffic, Erlang Table, Blocking, Half Rate)
