Please note,

PRESCRIPTION ( NUSKHA

                                              "HOWASHAFI"

1. SIRKA SAIB (apple) original ( not synthetic )

2. ADRAK ( Ginger ) JUICE

3. LEHSAN ( Garlic ) JUICE

4.HONEY

preparation: Take one cup of juice of above three ingredients in pan put the pan on fire and boil it till the mixture concentrated to one cup.Put off the fire and let it cool

Add one cup of honey,keep it in some bottle.

DOZE: Two table spoon before breakfast and at 5pm.

METHOD: To extract the juice of garlic and ginger,squeel rub it in a wooden horn and pastle than pour it in a electric mixer add a little water and grinde it. After mixing squeeze it by a cotton cloth(Malmal).

NOTE I wrote this prescription as I used it,May Almighty ALLAH PAK bless you with good health and long life.
