Please note that Ministry of Labor implements new regulations & roles regarding the fees of (permanent license labor) starting from the new Arabic year 01/01/1434 – 15/12/2012 (before the company paid against each Non Saudi employee SR 100/year - Now we have to pay SR 2500/year against each one) this roles implements for the company's whom their Non Saudi labor more than Saudi labor only and the company's whom their Non Saudis Staff equal or less than Saudis Staff they not be under this implements and they will pay only SR 100/year as before, and the method of the payment we will be like follow:
Total Non-Saudis – Total Saudis = ( ) x SR 2400 = the amount due for payment per year
And in our current situation: Non Saudis (898) – Saudis (262) = Non Saudis (636) x SR 2400 = SR 1,526,400 (this amount will be due yearly).
Therefore, we have to control our recruitments and also to reduce our manpower (The Surpluses) and the important thing to increase the Saudis employees and this only the solution to avoid the new critical situation
