Chicken in white Sauce   Chicken in white sauce   Ingredients: 500gms Chicken 10 pepper corns crushed 1tb spoon oil Yoghurt   1Tb spoon ginger garlic paste salt to taste Marinade chicken in yoghurt, ginger garlic paste for 2 hours in a wok add oil, once oil is heated add crushed pepper corns and immediately add chicken with yoghurt and cook on medium flame meantime grind a hand full of cashew nuts to a fine paste with little water. When the meat is separating from bones add cashew nut paste, salt and keep stirring till the required consistency is achieved. garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice or bread..
