Dear All:
This is a further update vis-a-vis Syed Abu Zafar Sahab's final rites and burial issues.
I have spoken to his son Zayad Abu Zafar and have conveyed my deep found condolence to him upon this sad
passing away of his father who was so wonderful and a nice person.
According to him, the process is ongoing and there are some issues attached with it, namely:
1. His passport had expired so it's renewal is being done.
2. The Saudi Government papers for burial or transfer of body is being also attended to.
3. The family (brothers etc) of Abu Zafar Sahab is in Bangladesh and her wife (Raina Bhabhi) as
most of you know also has roots in Bangladesh - being the ancestors of the Nawabs of Dhaka and
niece of our erstwhile Prime Minister Khawaja Nazim Uddin. So, his body would be finally flown to
Bangladesh for final rites and burial over there.
4. Namaz-e-Janaza shall, however, be held in Riyadh but we don't know now as to when.
I shall keep you posted as and when I receive some further concrete updates on the same.
