Hadith: Main Momeeno ka khud unse ziyada haqdar hu
Abu Hurairah Radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya main Momeeno ka khud unse ziyada haqdar hu, unmin se jo koi Karzdaar mrega aur adayeegi ke liye kuch na chorhega to hum par uski adayeegi ki zimmedari hai aur jisney koi mala chorha hoga to wo uskey warison ka hissa hai
Sahih Bukhari, Vol 8, 6731
Al Quran : Nabee momeeno par unki jaano se bhi Ziyada haq rakhtey hain aur Nabee ki Biwiyan unki (momeeno ki ) Maa hain

Narrated Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu : The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "I am more closer to the believers than their own selves, so whoever (of them) dies while being in debt and leaves nothing for its repayment, then we are to pay his debts on his behalf and whoever (among the believers) dies leaving some property, then that property is for his heirs.
Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 80, Number 723:
Al Quran : The Prophet is closer to the believers than their ownselves, and his wives are their (believer's) mothers .
