1)Yes off Course. Balke atni awaz honi chahiye k aap aapni awaz son saken. Balke Allah k Rasool tu istarah parhte thy k kabhi kabhialfas saf saf log bhi sonte thy. No but from now on you shoul have to make Qirat. means halki awaz main parah karo.
2) Not haram nor makroh.
3) Yes. If you're not praying five times a day you'll be punished by Allah. There is a Hadees. Prophet said that Salat is the only difference
Between MUSLIM & KAFER. & syaid  that if you leav e the SALAT intentionally you're the Kafir. Yanee jan bhoj k namaz na parhna kofar hai.
Allah knows better. Be a Muslim only. Jazak Allah

Assalamalikum, I am sunni, hanafi, deobandi. I have these querries. 1- is it compulsory to move the tongue in salat to say surahs? Is it compulsory to repeate the salat if one says surahs silently without moving the tongue?  2- Is eating crab  haram or just makruh? 3- Can ,not saying salat five times a day, be called haram act?

Respected Brother/Sister in Islam

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh

1) It is compulsory.
2) The Salaah must be repeated if you did not moove the tongue during individual Salaah.
3) Crab is not permissible in the Hanafi Madh-hab.
4) It is Haraam to neglect the 5 daily Salaah.

And Allah Knows Best.

Wassalaam.
