Anas Bin Malik Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya Ruku aur Sazda purey taur par Ada kiya karo Allah ki kasam jiskey haath mein meri jaan hai main apney Kamar ke peechey se tum logon ko dekh leta hu jab tum log Ruku aur Sazda kartey ho
