Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim 

Mafhum-e-Hadith: Agar uskey paas nekiya nahi hongi to us (mazlum) bhai ki buraeeyan us par dal di jayegi.

Abu Hurairah radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jisney apney kisi bhai par zulm kiya ho to usey chahiye ki is sey (duniya mein) maaf kara le, kyunki aakhirat mein dinar aur diraham (Rupye paisey)nahi hongey , is sey pahle (maaf karwa le warna) uskey bhai ke liye uski nekiyon mein se haq dilaya jayega aur agar uskey paas nekiya nahi hongi to us (mazlum) bhai ki buraeeyan us par dal di jayegi.

Sahih Bukhari, Vol 8, 6534

Dua from Quran :

Ya Rab, Hamarey aur hamrey Bhaeeyo ke jo humse pahley Imaan laye hain ke gunaah Maaf farma aur momeeno ki taraf se Hamarey Dil mein Keena (Hasad) paida na hone de, Ya Rab tu bada shafqat karney wala aur meharbaan hai

Al Quran: Surah Al hashr (59) , verse 10

English Tarnslation:

Narrated Abu Huraira radi allahu anhu: The Prophet sallallahu Alaihi wasallam said, "Whoever has wronged his brother, should ask for his pardon (before his death), as (in the Hereafter) there will be neither a Dinar nor a Dirham. (He should secure pardon in this life) before some of his good deeds are taken and paid to his brother, or, if he has done no good deeds, some of the bad deeds of his brother are taken to be loaded on him (in the Hereafter).
