Avoid suspicion and spy not on each other behind their backs
Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'ala Says, { Al-Qur'an: Surah-49 ~Hujurat ~ Ayah-12 }
Avoid suspicion as much (as possible):
for suspicion in some cases is a sin:
And spy not on each other behind their backs.
Would any of you like
to eat the flesh of his dead brother?
Nay, ye would abhor it...
(so abhore the backbiting)
But fear Allah.
For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.
Aae imaan walon!
Shak aur shubhaat se
jiss qadar mumkin ho bacho;
kiyonke shubhaat kuch halaton mein
gunaah hote hain:
aur ek doosre ki jasoosi
unnke peeth peeche na kiya karo.
Kiya tum mein se koyee
apne murdah bhai ka
ghost khana pasand karega?
Bilkul nahi,
tum sub intehayi na-pasand karo ge
(iss liye Gheebat ko bhi intihaayi na-pasand karo)
aur Allah se daro,
Allah 'Tauba qubool karne waale'
aur 'Rahem karne waale' hain.

And O, Allah's worshipers!Be brothers!"(Sahih Bukhari: Book #73, Hadith #92)***
